Frientorship: Inspiring Leaders and Engaging Employees

  • CLAUDIA WILLIAMS
  • Chief Frientorship Officer
  • The Human Zone LLC

The fact is that 80% of people don’t like their jobs, which is a tough proposition for adults and a dismal prediction of the future for students. But if we capture key principles of friendship, mentorship and leadership, we can change our path, increase employee engagement and build thriving workplace cultures. Relationships matter, and frientorshipTM puts people back in the forefront of a winning business strategy.

Claudia inspires leaders and motivates employees. She helps businesses deliver the results they need by driving employee engagement and building thriving workplace cultures. She founded her company, The Human Zone, after spending more than a decade as an attorney coaching leaders of organizations of all sizes through challenging situations. She is a speaker and author who also developed FrientorshipTM, an individual and team development model that encompasses key principles of friendship, mentorship and leadership to bring out the best in leaders and build organizations. Immediately prior to starting The Human Zone, Claudia served as associate general counsel for The Hershey Company. Claudia received the PBA 2015 Special Achievement Award in recognition of her pro bono commitment to veterans and first responders. She was named as one of the Central Penn Business Journal’s 25 Women of Influence and was selected for inclusion in the 2008, 2010, 2011 and 2012 issues of Philadelphia Magazine’s Pennsylvania Super Lawyers. She serves as a member of the advisory board for The Salvation Army Greater Harrisburg. She lives in Central Pennsylvania with her husband, Steve, and their two daughters.
