Students can choose from one of our three career-focused concentrations of study:

  • Organizational development students will be empowered to effect change through the understanding of organizational dynamics and culture.
  • Our information systems management concentration is designed to prepare information technology professionals to advance to management roles in the industry.
  • Looking to advance to a leadership role in the areas of financial management and analysis? Our financial analysis concentration will set you up for success.

No matter which concentration you select, the MPS degree is designed to enhance career opportunities, and help students develop foundations in ethical leadership, communication, research and management.

Central Penn’s accelerated 11-week terms allow you to advance your career faster. Designed for students to take two classes per term, the MPS degree can be completed in as little as six terms. Students take one course on-site per week and complete the rest of their studies online, at their own pace.
