Message from the Dean’s Office
At Central Penn College, you have the opportunity to engage in learning activities that can help you become global business leaders. We provide our students unique experiential learning-based academic programs, while you are embedded in a technological campus.
Please take the time to explore the website to gain insight into our associate and undergraduate program offerings. Our associate degrees are designed to provide you the skills needed to compete in a competitive business environment. We offer associate degrees in Entrepreneurship/ Small Business and Marketing. If a four-year degree is what you are seeking, our bachelor degree in Business Administration offers students a comprehensive learning experience, coupling diverse core offerings with six concentrations of focus pathways in banking, healthcare administration, human resource management, management, marketing and finance.
If a graduate degree is in your future, our Master of Professional Studies in Organizational Leadership could be a perfect fit to meet your career goals. This curriculum draws from the leadership literature and provides you an interdisciplinary academic experience to develop or enhance your leadership skills. This unique program offers two concentrations: organizational development and financial analysis. The culmination of your studies is an applied research project designed to allow you to apply your knowledge to develop solutions to real-world problems. Our blended classes and cohort model were designed to take into consideration the time constraints of working adults.
Our undergraduate and graduate programs are delivered by an outstanding faculty characterized by a strong combination of formal academic training coupled with business experience. Your interaction with our faculty extends beyond the classroom. From advising, to placement in internships, to serving as references, to guiding you through your senior or graduate capstone projects, the personal connection between our faculty and students is a hallmark of our program.
It is difficult to capture the extreme effort put forth by faculty and staff to provide students enrolled in the School of Business with a sense of confidence and excitement about their professional future. Thus, I hope you take the opportunity to visit our campus and experience for yourself the positive attitude that is Central Penn College.
