Free Housing Initiative
We are excited to offer free housing to incoming students who qualify and choose to live on campus for the 2019-2020 academic year. More information on how Cental Penn College is working to alleviate concerns about college affordability can be found below!
Enjoy residing in our super suites! Student housing at Central Penn College provides places that students can make their own, and call their home.
Our scenic 58-acre campus is just minutes from Harrisburg. But it's more like a community, with diverse neighbors, safe streets and hometown spirit. You're within walking distance of academic buildings, recreation areas and other community resources.
To help ensure your safety and peace of mind, 24-hour security escorts are available. Resident Advisors are also on hand to help resolve problems and assist you with adjusting to college life. Providing a safe, welcoming and supportive environment for living and learning is our number one goal.

The Super Suites feature seven individual bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 vanity areas, and a large common area.
The Single bedroom includes:
- Single bed (twin XL)
- Chest of drawers
- Desk and chair
- Closet Area
The common area includes:
- Large sofa
- Arm Chair
- Coffee table
- Minifridge and microwave
- Large table with chairs
- TV stand
