July 24, 2013 Sen. Teplitz to speak at July 31 Common Hour

On Wednesday, July 31, State Senator Rob Teplitz will be on campus to discuss his new role as senator and the governor's budget, and to encourage students to vote and to get active in the community. You are invited to attend this July 31 Common Hour presentation on the Summerdale campus in ATEC 203/205 at 12:10 p.m.

If you can't make it to Common Hour, you can stream the presentation online to watch live and ask questions through "Central Penn Presents" at www.centralpenn.edu/presents. Online and continuing education students—and the community—are encouraged to tune in and ask questions. Senator Teplitz also is an adjunct professor for Central Penn College.

Professor of Legal Studies Randi Teplitz, Senator Teplitz's wife, will provide welcoming remarks. This presentation is part of Central Penn’s regular Common Hour speaking series, which brings different community leaders to campus to speak on a variety of topics, including, but not limited to community service, leadership, awareness, professionalism and diversity.
