Master of Professional Studies
What defines a good leader? What can you do to transform yourself into the most effective leader possible? Central Penn College’s Master of Professional Studies (MPS) in Organizational Leadership will help you answer those very questions and prepare you to be an efficient, influential leader.
Students can choose from one of our two career-focused concentrations of study. Organizational development students will learn and understand organizational dynamics and culture to practice effective, strategic leadership. Our information systems management concentration is designed to enable information technology professionals to advance to management roles in the industry.
No matter which concentration you select, the MPS degree is designed to enhance career opportunities, and increase critical thinking, leadership and ethical skills.
Central Penn’s accelerated 11-week terms allow you to advance your career faster. In as little as six consecutive terms, or one and a half years, you can earn your MPS degree and be on your way to advancing your career. Our blended classroom program format consists of 2 ½ hours of in-person instruction at our Summerdale campus and 1 ½ hours of hands-on coursework each week.
Scheduled on a cohort basis, the organizational leadership concentration begins in October and April, and the information systems management concentration begins in January and July.
