Central PA Businesses Benefit from Management Training through Central Penn’s Center for Workforce Excellence
Employees of Bob Means Plumbing, Verber Dental, and the ARC of Cumberland and Perry counties are benefitting from management essentials training offered through Central Penn College’s Center for Workforce Excellence.
The non-credit professional development courses entail four, 10 -hour sessions and cover topics that include communication and decision-making skills and the psychology of management.
CPC’s Director of College Relations Curtis Voelker said management training is ongoing and can be customized to the practical solutions area businesses and organizations need. Courses can be offered online, in-person, or both.
