Tier 1 Base: Free
CPC Partner
Unlimited $1,000 scholarships for employees of Employer Tuition Reimbursement (EMRE) providing partners disbursed over the students first three academic terms, $333 per term
Non Employer Tuition Reimbursement Option
(3) $1,000 scholarships per calendar year for members/alumni of non-profits/community organizations not currently employed by a partner or employed by an organization that does not provide EMRE.
- Presentations for employees on partnership/educational opportunities
Tier 2 (Paid membership): $750/year
CPC Partner +
Unlimited $1,500 scholarships to employees of EMRE Partners. Scholarship is disbursed over a student’s first five academic terms, $300 per term.
Non EMRE Option
(6) $1,500 scholarships per calendar year for members/alumni of non-profits/community organizations not currently employed by a partner or employed by an organization that does not provide EMRE.

- 5% Discounted advertising in brochures, booklets, programs produced by Central Penn College (Ex. Athletic Program Guides)
- Business Partner of the Year Breakfast: recognition in print and signage, free 1/2 page program ad
Tier 3 (Paid membership) : $1250/year
CPC Partner Premium
Unlimited $2,000 scholarships for employees of EMRE Partners. Scholarship is disbursed over students first six academic terms, $333 per term.
Non EMRE Option
(10) $2,000 scholarships per calendar year for members/alumni of non-profits/community organizations not currently employed by a partner or employed by an organization that does not provide EMRE.
- Presentations for employees on partnership/educational opportunities
- 10% Discount on non-credit certificate programs for employees
- 1 Free use of event space at The Conference Center, which includes WiFi and tech fees, 25% Discount on 2nd event space rental
- 10% Discounted advertising in brochures, booklets, programs produced by Central Penn College (Ex. Athletic Program Guides)
- Co-Sponsorship of Business Partner of the Year breakfast with 5+ Complimentary Tickets
- Business Partner of the Year Breakfast: recognition in print and signage, free full page program ad
- 1 Breakfast or Lunch with College President for up to four guests.
