Central Penn’s OTA Program Achieves 100% Pass Rate on National Certification Exam for Second Straight Year
Central Penn College is proud to announce that its Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) program has achieved a remarkable 100% pass rate on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) exam for both 2023 and 2024.
This unblemished pass rate on this rigorous exam underscores the excellence of Central Penn College’s OTA program, the dedication of its students, and the expertise of its faculty, Program Director Kimberly Tanish said. The program’s comprehensive, hands-on approach to education ensures that graduates are well-prepared for the exam and successful careers.
The NBCOT is the recognized credentialing body for occupational therapy professionals.

Central Penn College’s OTA program will offer evening classes for the first time this spring. The college offers a free online application and generally accepts most transfer credits. Interested and motivated students can apply now and begin classes on April 7.
