A Message from the Vice President of Enrollment: Continuing Education Students
Thank you for choosing Central Penn College (CPC) as the institution to pursue your education. Our faculty and staff are looking forward to having you begin your educational journey with us this summer.
These are challenging times. And while the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) has impacted normal, everyday life, we know that the Central Penn community is a strong, resilient community. Our students have already overcome many challenges to get where they are, and we as a community will pull together to overcome the challenges that lie ahead.
As always, our top priority is the safety and well-being of our students, faculty, staff and the greater campus community. Central Penn College’s leadership team is closely monitoring the latest information related to COVID-19.
For students who are scheduled to take on ground day or evening courses beginning the Week of July 6, those courses are still scheduled to start, however, the college has made the decision to move all classes and exams to an online format. New Student Orientation for all students will be hosted virtually and login information will be sent to your school email. If during the summer term the Governor moves Cumberland or Lancaster County to the Green Phase, all classes would still be conducted online, except for those Health Sciences classes with labs and clinical competencies.
As a result of the summer term being conducted online, the college has made the decision to reduce by half the $310 “technology” fee, which encompasses not only technology use, but also student activities, supplies, transportation to events, etc.

Even though the campus is currently closed, the college is OPEN. We are operating virtually, and our team is available to assist you in any way possible.
