Accountant Ranked #3 for Highest Starting Salary

Indeed.com recently ranked Accountant #3 on its list of jobs with a high starting salary.  

According to the job search site, the national average salary for an accountant is $56,703 per year.  

Central Penn College offers both a bachelor’s and an associate in Accounting. Two recent accounting grads, Landon Roe and Adam Swartz, are both doing extremely well in their field since entering the workforce.

It Doesn’t Matter Where You Start Out 

After earning an associate degree in carpentry technology at a technical school, Adam Swartz decided to change course and majored in accounting at Central Penn College. Before he graduated, Swartz was offered a job as an accountant.
