Central Penn College Announces Inaugural Burgers and Brews Music Festival Oct. 15

Central Penn College (CPC) is spicing up the fall season with a big blast of burgers, brews and live bands at its inaugural Burgers and Brews Music Festival as the capstone to the campus’s Homecoming weekend.

Saturday evening’s debut music festival will feature gourmet burgers and sliders, a variety of tasty brews, and a full lineup of live music that is sure to top last year’s capacity crowd.

Bret Alexander of The Badlees & Gentlemen East, along with Plunder and Lighting, will take the stage Saturday between 3:30 and 8:30 p.m.  Another very special surprise guest will be announced in the coming weeks.

Tickets prices are as follows:

  • General Admission – $15 (includes free commemorative cup)
  • VIP – $35 (includes free commemorative cup, t-shirt, and VIP line access)
  • Burgers and Brews Festival Under 21 / Designated Driver Ticket – $10 (Under 21 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 25. These ticketholders will not receive a cup or bracelet to gain access to the drinking area.

After the Knights men’s soccer team takes on Allegany College of Maryland on Friday beginning at 7 pm at City Island’s Skyline Sports Complex, Saturday celebrates all things autumn with CPC’s Annual Fall Harvest. The Harvest fest features the crowning of the Homecoming king and queen, along with more than 50 vendors, food trucks, live music, crafts, activities and tons of fun for the whole family, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.  An open house will also be held from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. on the college’s 58-acre campus in Summerdale.
