Dr. Fedrizzi-Williams has served as President of Central Penn College for seven years, leading with a student-first approach while managing a multi-million-dollar budget and a dedicated team of 170 faculty and staff. Her focus on affordability, academic quality, and career readiness has propelled Central Penn College to new heights.
Under her leadership, the college has:
✅ Diversified revenue streams by 22% over five years
✅ Earned the title of Reader’s Choice for Best College by Harrisburg Magazine
✅ Launched new, in-demand dental programs
✅ Celebrated major athletic achievements – including men’s baseball and men’s soccer conference championships, with the latter making it to the national championship for the first time in school history
✅ Strengthened national influence – Dr. Fedrizzi-Williams was appointed to the USCAA Presidents’ Council and served as team chair for the Middle States Commission on Higher Education
