Residential Housing Updates – March 30
As a follow-up from Dr. Fedrizzi-Williams’ message, the college is going to be starting online for the first few weeks of the Spring 2020 term. For all housing students, the new anticipated return to campus date is May 3rd. As Dr. Fedrizzi-Williams stated, this situation with the COVID-19 virus is fluid and, therefore, so is our anticipated return date. I have a couple of answers to potential questions below:
- Housing charges: Once we return to living on campus, your housing charges will be evaluated for proration.
- Meal Plans: We will review once we return to campus; however, all meal plans will roll over to the next academic year. This means that you will not lose your remaining balances at the end of the Spring 2020 term.
- Move Outs: If you are waiting to move your items out of your suite, we are not able to let you on campus to do so until we reopen. Our office will contact you to schedule a time once we are back on campus.
