Two More Certificate Programs Unveiled for Central Penn’s Summer Term
The short-term, certificate rollout continues at Central Penn College… with the launch of two business-related programs for the summer term: Marketing Management and Organization Change Management.
“These are both 9-month, 18-credit programs that provide targeted, skills-specific knowledge for career change and career advancement,” said Ben Lipschutz, Dean of the School of Business and Professional Studies at the college. Summer term begins July 5, with registration now open for both of these fully online programs.
In the past 12 months, Central Penn has launched more than a half-dozen certificate programs––including Medical Billing & Coding, Healthcare Informatics and Human Resource Management––with more planned to debut this year.
Marketing Management Certificate
The Marketing Management Certificate Program immerses students in the world of sales, advertising, marketing and leadership, providing them with key skills for transitioning to a supervisory or management position. The program is open to all students.
Organization Change Management
Organization Change Management is a more advanced program designed to train and equip individuals to become leaders and agents of change in their current or future organizations. Prior management experience or having previously completed a course in business management is required.
“In today’s fast-paced business world, organizations are looking for the next generation of leaders to shepherd them through the first half of the 21st century and beyond,” says Dr. Jack Babinchak, associate professor at Central Penn College. “The Organization Change Management program prepares students to be those types of leaders.”
