We have been notified that a staff member, who works in a non-student-facing position on campus, has tested positive for COVID-19. With nearly all instruction occurring remotely last week, the risk of exposure to students is extremely low.
Out of an abundance of caution, the Summerdale campus will be operating remotely for the week of Dec. 7–11. This will allow for a deep cleaning for affected areas.
Let me emphasize that all college services will still be available via remote interaction.
For residential students, the Knight and Day Café remains open for meals.
On Monday, Dec. 14, the campus will reopen and in-person services will be available.
We appreciate your patience and flexibility during this unprecedented time.
Sincerely,
Dr. Fedrizzi-Williams
